Who's Important? Me!

As part of our Emotion-based activities with Faith Acts and Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home, we conduct journaling lessons with the children to allow them to embark on a self-discovery journey.

Objectives

  • Journaling is an emotion-based activity with the intended purpose of helping the children gain confidence whilst understanding themselves through their emotions

  • Journaling allows children to write and reflect about their experience

  • Teaching different coping mechanisms to children with 3 different lesson plans focusing on different sections about themselves, it allows for an extended learning where the children are able to bring back what they learn into real life situations
